Had a withdrawal done on October 7th.still nothing they jus muck me around.bank told me they can trace transaction.but imperial winz telling me it's been transferred.will never use site again.have withdrawn from different casinos online never had this problem.no good.i honestly say stay away from them.theres better sites out there

Customer service is best in the business. That's the worst part of online casinos is they are able to duck and dodge you if they feel. Chumba ripped me off $17,000.00 and then just shut my account down and I can't even contact them. Clubspoker has actual people who actually respond and are actually helpful.

I made Negative reviews and would like to update! I received payout as they promised though the backup problems! I know they cash out and it may be a bit longer if it’s all fixed but I will deposit again now since there slot games are top notch for sure!
